the City of Hawk Point, Missouri, issue its combined waterworks and sewerage
system revenue bonds in the amount of Two million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,600,000.00) for the purpose of improving and upgrading the waterworks and
wastewater treatment facilities and sewage system to meet or exceed the minimum
regulatory standards required by State and Federal agencies, the principal and
interest on such bonds to be repaid solely from revenue derived by the City
from operation of its combined waterworks and sewerage system?
