under Section 164.013 R.S. Mo. in order to provide additional funds to meet
the operating needs of the District? (Approval of this
proposition would permit the District to receive the full benefit of the
state one-cent sales tax for education without reducing its operating levy
for the 2006 Tax Year and thereafter.) |
